Santa's Schedule
Important Dates
Santa works very hard to insure that letters and ornaments get to their recipients before Christmas. For this reason all orders to be mailed within the United States must be placed no later than December 18th. Orders to be mailed outside of the United States must be placed no later than December 10th. Although early orders are encouraged, we will not begin mailing orders until December 1st. All orders will be mailed no later than December 19th.
Mail Service
All orders within the U.S. will be sent through the USPS First Class Mail. All international orders will be sent through the USPS First Class International Mail. The USPS estimates that mail sent within the U.S. takes 3 – 10 days to reach its destination and up to 14 days (sometimes more) to reach an international destination.
Shipping/Postage Costs
Postage fees are included in the price of all letters to be mailed within the United States. Add an additional $1.00 for each letter to be mailed outside the United States. Shipping and handling fees will be $6.50 for ornaments mailed within the United States and $10.50 for ornaments to mailed outside the United States.
Returns
Encouraging our customers to order early, cutting off orders by December 18th and making sure all orders are mailed by December 19th is our way to insure that letters get to their destinations before Christmas. However, sometimes delays due to weather or the USPS may occur that are out of our control. So, if you receive a letter after Christmas and would like a refund, we will give 100% of your money back when you send the unopened envelope to Santa´s Style within 30 days of the postmark. If the order was mailed to a destination outside of the U.S., the order must have been placed no later than December 10th to be considered for a refund. Simply contact Santa´s Style via e-mail through this site (Santa@SantasStyle.com) to indicate that you received your order after Christmas and we will send you our mailing address.
